PIONSAT : colocation pour séniors dépendants
Ages & Vie propose une alternative chaleureuse et novatrice : des colocations dédiées aux seniors en perte d'autonomie. Ces maisons offrent un équilibre entre confort, sécurité et convivialité. Dans un cadre de vie à taille humaine, des personnes ne pouvant (ou ne voulant) plus demeurer seules, bénéficient d’un accompagnement avec une présence 7j/7. Les colocations disposent d’un grand espace de vie (avec salon, salle à manger et cuisine), les repas y sont préparés quotidiennement et les menus sont choisis en concertation avec les colocataires. Les chambres (30m²) sont dotées d’une salle d’eau et d’une entrée individuelle avec terrasse. On peut y vivre en couple, avec un animal de compagnie et même apporter ses meubles, si on le souhaite. Six emplois d’auxiliaires de vie vont être créés. Les auxiliaires de vie dont certain(es) habiteront à l’étage avec leurs familles s’occuperont de l’aide au lever, au coucher, à la toilette, aux déplacements, à la préparation et à la prise des repas, au ménage… Les colocataires qui le souhaitent peuvent participer à la vie de la maison : aider à préparer les repas, à plier le linge, à jardiner…
