Upstate congressman says 'Thank God' for Clinton campaign email hack

WASHINGTON — U.S. Rep. Jeff Duncan on Monday expressed open gratitude for WikiLeaks, which recently released thousands of private emails and speech transcripts linking Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton to controversies.
