New Beech restaurant on King has beach bodies in mind

A bagel, even when topped with sunflower sprouts and avocado spread, doesn’t seem like an obvious choice for a cafe priding itself on "healthy food that ... won’t leave you feeling tired and groggy after lunch." But the owners of Beech on King Street have already thought about that.
