Ex-policeman's defense questions admissibility of Walter Scott video, officer's statements

Defense attorneys on Monday sought a chance to argue whether the widely dispersed video of Walter Scott’s shooting death and statements made by the former North Charleston policeman charged in the killing should be allowed in the officer’s murder trial.
