President Duterte to revisit Napoles fund scam

DAVAO CITY – President Rodrigo R. Duterte said that he will revisit the case of the businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles who allegedly masterminded the siphoning off of the Priority Development Assistant Fund (PDAF) to fake non-government organizations (NGOs).
