Piñol orders creation of Technical Working Group

Agriculture Secretary Manny Piñol has ordered the creation of a technical working group (TWG) that will fix the glitches within the Benguet Agri-Pinoy Trading Center (BAPTC) to encourage food producers to maximize the use of the facility.
