'America's toughest sheriff' to headline Jeff Duncan's annual fundraiser BBQ

WASHINGTON — Sheriff Joe Arpaio, billed as "America’s toughest sheriff," and two of Congress’ most conservative members will headline U.S. Rep. Jeff Duncan’s sixth annual Faith and Freedom barbecue.
