P200-M new Bataan jail being worked out

Balanga City, Bataan — To address overcrowding at the Bataan Provincial Jail, Governor Abet S. Garcia has locked heads with Provincial Engineer Ric Yuzon and Provincial Jail Warden Clarence Mayangao to plan the construction of a new correctional facility with a budget of P200 million.
