Are Charleston light poles too light?

Liz Kline bumped a light pole last week when she was parallel parking near the new Lewis Barbecue on Nassau Street. She wasn’t moving very fast, and it was just a tap, so she was surprised when it fell over, hit the car behind her, then bounced into the street.
