Inspired by a rescued dog, James Island man embarks on his first Ironman triathlon

Jason Jala and his two pitbull rescues, Emma and Lulu, have fostered nearly 40 homeless dogs since 2012, but there was something about a five-month-old puppy who suffered from mange and was extremely fearful of humans.
