Gatchalians post bail before Sandiganbayan

Wellex Group, Inc. officials William and his wife Dee Hua Gatchalian, together with Kenneth Gatchalian, posted bail before the Sandiganbayan Fourth Division on Tuesday in connection with the anomalous purchase of Express Savings Bank Inc. (ESBI) by the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA).
