Ghost Monkey Brewery lurks east of the Cooper

According to the organizers of Charleston Beer Week, the local craft beer count stands at "12 production breweries and as many in planning, plus three brewpubs." The latest of the bunch to open is Ghost Monkey Brewery in Mount Pleasant.
