DOLE to issue order next week to terminate rampant ‘endo’ practice

The Labor Department is set to sign next week an order aimed at ending the practice of endo or labor-only contracting in the country, requiring all the service contractors to get a certification that will prove they don't practice illegal form of contractualization.
