Angara sees need for Congress to pass FOI law despite Palace’s EO

MANILA -- Despite impending approval of executive order on Freedom of Information (FOI) implementation with the executive branch, Senator Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara still believes that Congress should still prioritize the passage of FOI law.
