IMO Sec-Gen Kitack Lim to grace PH’s ‘Day of the Seafarer’ celebration

International Maritime Organization (IMO) Secretary General Kitack Lim will be the guest of honor and keynote speaker at today’s celebration of the “2016 International Day of the Seafarer” in the Philippines at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City.
