Ombudsman files raps vs. Camarines Norte execs for fertilizer fund scam

The Office of the Ombudsman (Ombudsman) has filed charges before the Sandiganbayan against the local executives of Talisay, Camarines Norte for their alleged involvement in the fertilizer fund scam.
