Federal prosecutors in Dylann Roof case won't agree to trial by judge

Federal prosecutors on Monday said they want a jury to determine Dylann Roof’s "guilt and appropriate punishment" when he goes to trial this year in the deadly mass shooting at Emanuel AME Church.
