55 members of Congress ask Obama to oppose seismic testing off the Atlantic

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Eight Republicans joined 49 Democrats in signing a letter to President Obama opposing leasing the offshore Atlantic for seismic airgun testing for oil and natural gas.
