Church missions go on despite risks associated with Zika virus

For Jessica Smith, postponing pregnancy seemed like a small sacrifice. Instead, she traveled last week with a local mission team to Nicaragua, where the Zika virus is present and poses the threat of deadly birth defects for women of child-bearing age.
