Judge agrees to reconsider part of Jasper ruling

Circuit Judge J.C. Nicholson twice has ordered The Beach Co., Charleston officials and other groups to mediate their dispute over the Sergeant Jasper site, and Friday he appeared to stop just shy of ordering them to try a third time.
