Manila Fashion Festival Fall/Winter 2016 returned to the catwalk by championing the works of both neophytes and veterans in the Philippine fashion industry. For its fourth run, the sartorial event moved to a new venue at Edsa Shangri-La Hotel last April 11 to 14.
