Frankie Valli reschedules Gaillard concert after realizing it was booked on church shooting anniversary

The Charleston Gaillard Center announced Thursday that Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons’ concert, originally booked on June 17, has been rescheduled to Aug. 5.
