Prosecutor seeks independent psychiatric evaluation of Dylann Roof

Prosecutors asked a judge on Wednesday to approve an independent psychiatric evaluation of Dylann Roof, the man facing the death penalty in last year’s mass shooting at Emanuel AME Church.
