Loew throws Kruse out of Germany squad

BERLIN (Reuters) - VfL Wolfsburg's Max Kruse was axed from the Germany squad for their friendly internationals against England and Italy after coach Joachim Loew lost patience with the striker's "unprofessional" off-the-pitch behaviour.
