BSP requires big banks to submit recovery plans

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has issued guidelines on the recovery plan of domestic systemically important banks (DSIBs) to avoid “distress or disorderly failure” as this could hit the entire banking system and lead to a collapse.
