Henry McMaster says Donald Trump perfect for voters looking for someone 'unique'

COLUMBIA — Lt. Gov. Henry McMaster knows he spun a lot of heads by endorsing Donald Trump but believes the Republican presidential front-runner is "uniquely" qualified to tap into new crops of voters who previously were left out or apathetic about the electorate process.
