Canada government to send 'tough message' to Israel as a 'good friend'

OTTAWA (Reuters) - Canada's new Liberal government said on Monday it was delivering a "tough message" to Israel as a good friend after expressing concern about Israeli-Palestinian violence, Israeli settlements and unilateral Palestinian moves.
