Slovenia announces new moves to bar migrants

LJUBLJANA (Reuters) - Slovenia will keep out all migrants apart from those planning to seek asylum in Austria and Germany, Interior Minister Vesna Gyorkos Znidar told a news conference, adding the country would also strengthen border controls.
