Dollar falls below 500 tenge at exchange offices

Tengrinews.kz – The US dollar exchange rate has fallen at currency exchange offices in Kazakhstan.

Dollar to tenge rate on 4 February

As of 11:00 AM, exchange offices in Astana are selling the dollar at 505 tenge and buying it at 497–498 tenge. In Almaty, the US currency is sold for 501–502 tenge and bought on average for 498–499 tenge.

It should be noted that on 3 February, exchange offices in Astana were selling the dollar at an average of 508.37 tenge and buying it at 501.50 tenge. In Almaty exchange offices, the average selling rate was 506.73 tenge and the buying rate was 504.38 tenge.

Based on the results of the daytime trading session on 3 February on KASE, the weighted average dollar rate stood at 503.44 tenge, down by 1.73 tenge.
