Fehmarn: 5-Sterne-Hotel und Villen am Südstrand geplant

An Fehmarns Tourismus-Hotspot wird ein gewaltiges Projekt umgesetzt: Das Areal „Spielwiese“ wird für mehrere Hundert Millionen Euro entwickelt. Ein Familienhotel und zwei Strandvillen sollen schon 2029 eröffnen – und es ist noch mehr geplant.
