“As President, I will do everything possible”: Tokayev emphasizes cooperation with Slovakia

Tengrinews.kz - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held talks with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico during his official visit to Kazakhstan, citing Akorda.

“Strong ties connect Kazakhstan and Slovakia. We are implementing major joint projects. I believe there are still untapped opportunities worth exploring. That is why we attach great importance to your visit and consider it a key step in advancing cooperation between our countries. We highly value our relations with Slovakia and see your country as one of Kazakhstan’s key partners within the European Union. As President, I will do everything possible to further expand and strengthen our cooperation across various sectors,” Tokayev said during the meeting.

For his part, Prime Minister Robert Fico expressed gratitude for the warm welcome.

“I would like to emphasize that there are no political disagreements between our countries, which allows us to fully focus on developing mutually beneficial economic relations and friendship. Today, we will discuss several important and promising projects for both sides. I am confident that this visit will produce successful results,” Fico said.

Earlier, the Prime Minister of Slovakia was received with honors at the Akorda residence.
