FLOYD ALSPACHFloyd Alspach, 63, of Tampa, died Monday (Sept. 12, 1988) at AMI Town N Country Medical Center. He was born in Illinois and came here a year ago from Waterloo, Ill. He was a railroad engineer and a Baptist. Survivors include his wife, Esther; a son, David Scott Alspach, St. Louis; three daughters, Deborah Suzette Geer, O'Fallon, Ill., Amy Elizabeth and Ann Marie Alspach, both of Tampa; and two grandchildren.
