Tehran made a statement regarding the war with Israel

Tengrinews.kz - Tehran does not intend to start a war against Israel but is ready to defend its right to self-defense. This was stated by Iran's Armed Forces General Staff in a statement released after the missile attack on Israel, citing RIA.

"For the past 45 years, Iran has never initiated any war and will not do so, but it will not stop defending its legitimate rights to self-defense and responding to any aggression with exemplary strength and power. Every evil aggressor at any level will regret their actions," the statement from the General Staff was quoted by the Iranian state agency Tasnim.

Iran's Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Bagheri warned that if Israel decides to attack Iran, all of Israel's infrastructure will be destroyed.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran also informed its French, British, and German counterparts that if Israel attacks, Iran's retaliatory strike will be even more powerful.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, stated that the attack against Israel is over, but if Israel's provocations are repeated, Iran's response will be even more powerful.

"Our actions are complete unless the Israeli regime decides to provoke further retaliation. In that case, our response will be stronger and more powerful," wrote Araqchi on social media platform X.

Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian also stated that Tehran is not seeking war but will firmly resist any threat, urged Israel not to engage in conflict with Iran.
Commenting on the missile strike against Israel, Pezeshkian stated that Iran responded to Israel's actions based on its legitimate rights and for the peace and security of the Iranian people and the entire region.

"A decisive response was given to Israel's violations in accordance with legitimate rights and for the peace and security of Iran and the region. These actions were taken to protect the interests and citizens of Iran. Netanyahu should know that Iran is not seeking war but firmly opposes any threat. This is just a piece of our power. Do not engage in conflict with Iran," Pezeshkian wrote on social media platform X.
