Berkeley, Dorchester included in Department of Agriculture's disaster areas

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has declared 29 South Carolina counties, including Berkeley and Dorchester, disaster areas in the wake of historic flooding this month that inundated much of the state, the Governor’s Office announced Wednesday.
