Federal magistrate lowers bail to $25,000 for Dylann Roof friend

COLUMBIA — A federal magistrate Thursday set $25,000 bail for the friend charged for not warning authorities of Dylann Roof’s scheme to shoot black people at Emanuel AME Church.
