Limlingan tells CA: VP Binay dummy firms were originally owned by Mercado

The two “dummy corporations” that allegedly cornered most of the service contracts in the Makati City government during the time of then Mayor and now Vice President Jejomar Binay were originally owned by former Vice Mayor Ernesto Mercado.
