Citadel Notes: New Citadel QB Dominique Allen off to solid start

Citadel quarterback Dominique Allen will be making just his second college start in Saturday’s showdown with Western Carolina. But the Bulldogs’ sophomore did get some snaps in last year’s 29-15 loss to the Catamounts.
