Gov. Nikki Haley, Kansas governor send joint letter opposing transferring terrorists

The Republican governors of South Carolina and Kansas, two states mentioned as possible destinations for terrorists held at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, have told the Pentagon they will "take any action in our power" to prevent the transfer.
