Gov. Nikki Haley draws line in the sand over Gitmo prisoner transfer to Navy brig

COLUMBIA — Anticipating the Pentagon soon will send a team to determine if the Navy brig outside Charleston is suitable for terrorists now held at Guantanamo Bay, Gov. Nikki Haley on Thursday said it was time to draw a line in the sand against a transfer.
