Former officer donates ballistic vests for Lowcountry's K-9 officers

Through the happy pants and whimpers of a group of K-9 officers with new protective gear, Charleston County Sheriff Al Cannon announced a donation of 12 ballistic vests for K-9 officers in five area agencies.
