Ethics Commission to decide on complaint against Folly Mayor Tim Goodwin

Former Folly Beach Mayor Carl Beckmann’s complaint that Mayor Tim Goodwin improperly used public funds and staff to send two letters to residents urging that they vote "yes" in a city referendum will be the subject of a State Ethics Commission hearing on Nov. 8.
