Cutting down on litigations aim of new I-T Bill, says Finance Ministry official

I would like to know the reason why when I play a Champions League 02-03 I can't see the logos or decorations on the scoreboard related to Champions League, I load it with CGFS 16 but it doesn't do anything, maybe it's the patch itself that doesn't let me activate those logos
