Everstone-backed SaaS firm Wingify to merge with Paris-based rival AB Tasty to create $500-million entity

Wingify (through its flagship product VWO) and AB Tasty offer software used by product, marketing and growth teams in enterprises to improve their websites and apps by testing what works best for users. As part of the deal, Everstone Capital will buy out stakes from certain shareholders of AB Tasty to continue holding a majority in the merged entity, Gupta said, without disclosing the financials of the transaction.
