Anthropic seeks court stay of Pentagon supply-chain risk designation

Anthropic asked a US appeals court on Wednesday to pause the Pentagon’s designation of the company as a supply-chain risk while the case is reviewed. In filings, Anthropic said the decision could cause "irreparable harm" and has also sued in California to block placement on a national security blacklist.
