Actor Vijay begins TVK candidate interviews for maiden Assembly poll

Actor-politician Vijay has begun interviewing candidates for his Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) party's debut Assembly elections. The party plans to field candidates for all 234 seats, with senior leaders expected to contest key constituencies. Over 4,200 applications were received, and the TVK aims to present itself as an alternative to the ruling DMK.
