Louisiana seeks to tighten laws on deep fake imagery used against students

Louisiana Legislature is considering two bills to expand definitions and punishments for deep fake imagery used as cyberbullying in K-12 schools and on college campuses, with the intent to protect students from coercion, harassment, and intimidation.
