Tamil Nadu unveils Shipbuilding Policy 2026 to attract VLCC and mega vessel projects

Under the policy, shipyards engaged in manufacturing, repair and maintenance of maritime structures with a minimum committed investment of ₹1,000 crore and creation of at least 1,000 jobs will qualify for a Structured Package of Assistance.
