Missoni remains Italian with FSI at the helm; the family bows out

FSI is increasing its stake in Missoni to 75%, while Katjes Quiet Luxury, the holding company of the Fassin and Bachmueller families, will acquire around 25% of the label. The Foundation will be led by the family.
