2 indicted on firearm charges in connection with shooting outside Utah church
Two men have been indicted on federal firearm charges in connection with a deadly shooting in a Utah church parking lot last month. The shooting left two adults dead and six others injured. It happened in the back parking lot of a place of worship for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. An indictment unsealed Friday charges Ryan Toutai with unlawful disposition of a firearm and Fineeva Maka with felon in possession of a firearm. No one has been charged in the actual killings. Investigators have said the shooting broke out from a dispute among people who knew each other and were attending a funeral.
