Creep doctor is stripped of his license after heinous sex acts on female patients: ‘Didn’t even wear gloves’

The Medical Board of California formally revoked the license of Dr. Victor Lynn Perry, M.D., effective Feb. 24, following findings that he engaged in inappropriate conduct during a clinical examination.
